Travelling from the south on the A 7, change to the A I at Horster Dreieck, direction Hamburg. At the Autobahn crossing Hamburg-Süd drive direction Zentrum and follow the A 255 to the Elbbrücken. When the Elbbrücken has been crossed, turn left at the traffic lights into Amsinckstraße, direction Zentrum.
After crossing the S-Bahn bridge, keep to the right, and at the second S-Bahn bridge to the right (direction Zentrum) turn into Steintorwall. Keep to the left lane and enter the Wallfahrt Tunnel.
Drive straight on and cross the Alster at Lombardsbrücke. Turn right at the end of the bridge into the underpass, and directly after that left into Alsterglacis.
Keeping to the right, turn right into Rothenbaumchaussee immediately after the Shell station. At the next traffic light turn left into Moorweidenstraße. Turn left in front of the building into the short cul-de sac, where you will find the hotel entrance.
There are approximately 70 free parking spaces in Moorweidenstraße and Schlüterstraße. However, if garage parking is required, Hotel Elysee (approximately 60 metres from Hotel Bellmoor im Dammtorpalais) has 24-parking.
Hotel Bellmoor im Dammtorpalais is a five-minute walk from the train station Dammtor Bahnhof.
Dammtor Bahnhof has two exits - direction city centre, trade fair and Congress Centre Hamburg and direction Hamburg University. Use the University exit into Edmund-Siemers-Allee. Turn left and cross the Edmund-Siemers-Allee at the traffic light. Pass the large building with the cupola - this is the main University building. Directly after this building there is a small green with trees. Turn right, through the green. Dammtorpalais is directly in front.
Guests travelling by air may take the Airport Express to Hamburg Hauptbahnhof (main train station), and from there with S-Bahn (S11 or S 21) directly to Dammtor Bahnhof. Alternatively, the journey from Hamburg airport to the hotel by taxi costs approximately €15.00.
